Personal letter
From $150
A single personal letter or email — apology, condolence, family correspondence, or similar — including up to two rounds of revision.
Professional letter
From $250
Resignation letters, complaints and disputes, and business or client correspondence where tone and precision carry real stakes.
Complex or multi-part
Custom quote
Longer documents, a series of related letters, or situations requiring extra research or coordination across multiple recipients.

Consultation & quote
After you reach out, we'll confirm the scope of the letter and I'll quote a flat price before any writing begins.
Commission confirmed
Once you approve the quote, I'll send the NDA to sign. Work begins as soon as it's signed and details are shared.
Draft & revisions
You receive a full first draft, followed by one or two rounds of revision included in the quoted price.
Final letter delivered
The finished letter is yours — to send, sign, or adapt as you need. Nothing is billed until you have it in hand.
Invoice sent
I'll send an invoice by email with a request for payment via Venmo or PayPal, your choice.
Payment due
Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing. No payment or card details are collected on this site.
